  • Q. Let’s get this out of the way…. I've tried just about every fitness program in the past, and nothing has ever worked for me - how is this any different?

    A. Most programs will only focus on 1 thing: exercise or nutrition. This program focuses on 3 things: mindset, exercise, and nutrition. The combination of these 3 things ensures that we get to the bottom of why the other program didn't work (mindset shifts), and we start doing what will work best for YOU. I will also keep you on track and accountable to your goals with our weekly 1:1 and group calls – guaranteed success with these touch points!

  • Q. I love wine. I don't want to give it up.

    A: Cheers girl. So do I. This program is not going to tell you to stop having wine, stop eating treats, or to stop eating carbs. No thanks, that sounds terrible! You will gain knowledge of how to eat a balanced healthy diet, so that you can make informed choices. When you know better, you do better!

  • Q: I don’t feel fit enough to do the program right now.

    A: Girl, if you don't start somewhere, how will anything change? I created these programs to build your foundation from the ground up. The videos provide clear instructions and guidance and have been designed knowing that you probably haven't done much exercise lately. At any time during the progam you can send me a message or comment in our FB group and I'll help you with anything you're struggling with.

  • Q. I'm already so busy, I don't think I can add something else into my life.

    A. You make time for things you enjoy doing, so this is why this program focuses on finding out what you like doing, so you can do more of it. We will also look at your schedule, block off YOU time, and make sure you get it done.
